Jamie: I was unable to be in church this week and missed hearing the sermon. At about 1 o’clock this morning (early Monday) I couldn’t sleep and so traipsed off to the den to listen to the sermon on line. I’m so glad I did. Thanks Jamie! What a helpful lesson on filtering messages that come our way! I may be a little cloudy first thing in the morning because of the late night listening (Starbucks will help on that count!), but I will have no lack of clarity on the criteria we need to use in evaluating truth claims. I so appreciate your gifts in studying, understanding, and communicating the Word to us at SBC. I John is such a great text. Keep pressing on… Your brother, Benn
