Dear Pastor,
If repetition gives emphasis, let me say, “Today’s message was for me. Today’s message was definitely for me. Today’s message was most definitely for me.” I woke up this morning with lots of bitterness, anger, defeat and depression toward the current culture and specifically those who now hold office. Nothing new there in my thinking or attitude, but little did I know that only hours later God would speak through you to me using two passages of scripture I have long known, but have never put together.
Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you for listening to the Lord and for boldly speaking what He gives you. I feel free!
